Default R75 who was it that nearly ran me over

Hg54 ygf , red rover 75 , portishead this morning, whilst working in the road this car came along more than the 30mph limit (est 50mph) nearly ran me over , missed by an inch and he didnt even know , do come on own up , apology is all im after
