Use of the IPK for diagnostics

I saw a video somewhere on how to do this on the site and cannot find it again!

A useful sticky might be how to do this and what the 21 options on there tell you

can someone help with that?

Although I have this option I have never ever mastered it, whenever I get to the first position it flips straight back to the beginning.
