Can I see your Patio?
I dont suppose you lot have any photos of your back garden & patio ?
The Wife and I have been completely revamping the back garden, complete with a new scaled down Log cabin/shed. I am stuck for ideas for the Patio though...which will be right outside the back door...any photos or links would be appreciated. Thankus Muchus.

Mines in the planning stage, might have some pics by next year or maybe the year after, depends on how I feel. Definitely be some sort of gravel with brick surround, nothing fancy apart from the shape.

no because I havent got round to it myself.
we have awful block paving- would never have it again. we've had an extension at the back and at the moment are stepping out of the french doors onto a step made from a pile of paving blocks- one of us is going to come a cropper yet !! Do you have a local tobermore paving and walling centre ? on our local radio station they are offering a free design service. We are thinking of getting the blocks lifted and Indian stone flags for the patio area

When we bought the house there were 3 steps down from the back door to a rough concrete slab. I built a raised deck to level the exit.

Photos a few years old now.
If you want, you can actually see the barbie and table we have now on Google earth (no really). It took some work, believe me, but fantastic in the sun A bit more finished in this picture, but looking snowy! Last edited by Departed; 22nd May 2008 at 19:00.. |
