That looks very like the Witter detachable the same as I have fitted on the 75.
There should be a rubber cover on to keep the dirt out when not in use and there are two other parts required, the tow ball and the locking bar. The locking bar is placed in first then the tow ball placed in the housing facing down then turned to a vertical position. Finally the locking bar is pulled up to lock the tow ball in position. Hope this helps. |
