I think you mean the BP one on the Stafford/M54-bound side of the A449, on the opposite side of the A449 to the shops, same side as Lucas Aerospace used to be. The one by the Grapevine Island has long gone, (used to be Shell if memory serves). As has the Grapevine pub. They've since built housing on that site, on the Wolverhampton-bound side of the A449.

But still a rip off nevertheless..
