bluetooth keyboard problem

i bought a 3.0 bluetooth keyboard from amazon for my ipad 3 rd generation. The keyboard is part of an integral case with the keys being backlit. it was made in hongkong and came from there in the post. The problem i am having with it, is that sometimes when i hit the caps key, this appears [[[[[[[[ at random

buy one from an apple store.....

sounds like a cheap item issue....
