Default F1 15a fuse keeps blowing!

I have a conundrum.
my car is rather low. It regularly grounds out on speed bumps, but sometimes, just sometimes, it touches in a way that blows fuse F1 in the engine bay and leaves me high and dry stranded without a way of getting home. last time it blew, my crank sensor took the brunt of it and died. Then it as just a fuse. And now its the same fuse again.
Anyone know what could be causing it?

I have exactly the same problem. Been suggested to me that I need to trace the wiring from that fuse as it's probably shorting somewhere but I haven't had the chance yet. I also get my low pad light come on occasionally even though my brakes are ok and my father in law reckons the 2 problems are connected.

The wiring is probably chaffed on one of the O2 sensors
