Hopefully the op doesn't need the airbag so all should be ok.

Considering that the airbag might become a problem AND that it's cheaper (lighter) to ship without the airbag, I think I'll do it that way.
Easier for Joey who is kind enough to pick it up for me, and cheaper for me.

But is 20 really the price for a less then 2kg parcel? (at least I'm guessing that the steering wheel without airbag is less then 2kg).

On a sidenote, what is the average value for an airbag?

Managed to find my invoice for the one I sent.

This was posted in a cardboard box and bubble packaging, (NO airbag)

Dimensions were 48x48x18cm & 3.5kg in weight.

This was sent to Norway from the UK via parcelforce which was booked via parcel monkey. Cost was £22.78 which included £100 of insurance.

Value of airbags won't be a lot maybe check ebay for sold prices.

I'm not sure if I understand this website correctly, but wouldn't this work: http://www.parcel2go.com/service/tnt-post-euro.aspx

It seems to cost only 9.99 and it's pickup, so Joey wouldn't even need to leave his house.

I found it via this page: http://www.parcel2go.com/parcel-delivery/netherlands

Yes that is the right service.

One thing that slipped my mind is Norway isn't in the eu which is probably why it was as expensive.

Sweet thanks, now just need to find some more info on that form you downloaded and if Joey needs to fill it in.

If you mean the customs declaration you shouldn't need it as it's being posted within the eu.
