Default Rover 75 v6 2.5 starting problem. New Cam sensor

Hi!

Had some problems with my 75 -03 and it doesn't want to start.
Ive replaced the camshaft sensor to a working one. Got myself a OBD2 ELM327 and Torque Pro for android.

So got an error message, P0340 - powertrain CPS "A" Circuit.
The sensor works, so that narrows it down to the cables or the ECU. We oppend up the ECU and it looked good, but might still be broken, thinking of sending it to workshop.

And doubt its the cable. Soooo ECU?

Anyway, the car wouldn't start and then i suddenly hear "Caution, Icy condition" and the coolant is @ -40C according to Torque (doubt Torque is broke)

Suggestions?

Send the ECU to workshop and hope for the best?
COuld it be something with the coolant temp?

The Error code.

Bottom right. Coolant temperature.

Worked fine when the engine would start, suddenly when engine didn't want to start it went down to -40 C

Remove cam cover, see if the cam is turning when the engine is spinning, I had a case where the cam had sheared!!!
