![]() Hello there chaps...
I managed to get hold of one of these and was wondering if there is a 'How-To' about fitting them, or the best way to wire it up? (I have no wiring with it). ![]() Thanking you in advance..... ![]()

![]() I have looped my acc socket and torch into the cigar lighter for now till I can be bothered to make me a loom to do it the proper way. It's worked perfect so far, I also put in an inline fuse on both just in case.

![]() Hiya there again....
Just a quick update on this. Well I managed to fit it OK this afternoon, took all of an hour I'd say. I was lucky in the sense that I had an old Loom from a Centre Console, (the one that goes between the Seats) so as such had the proper Connector for the Acc. Socket, the one-piece type, so I used that and used Snap-On Connectors to link into the main Cigar Lighter. I also, as suggested, put a Zip-Tie behind the fitting so it couldn't be pulled out when removing an Acc. Plug. I had bought some time ago an Adapter that you can use to plug in 2 Acc. Plugs and 2 USB's, quite handy as it can fit in a standard Cup Holder! And even plugged in the Lid still closes fully... Anyway, I'm quite pleased with myself in doing this and the Seats the last couple of days... ...and here's some photo's... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for all the help gleaned from other threads and also very kind offers of help, (Spyder ![]() Cheers.
