Default Be Gentle with me....

Just picked up my first 75 up. I have the Tourer 2.0 CDTi Club version. So far very impressed what you get for your money. No doubt it will bite me at some point.

Couple of quick questions if anyone could help.

On the dash there is a knurled knob with a white and a blue dot. Could anyone explain what it does.

I need to remove the radio cassette facia (I have bought a replacement facia to put my own ICE in) can anyone give me a clue as to how to remove facia/radio without resorting to neaderthal man damage.

Unfortunately no books with it so we are working blind for now.

Thanks in anticipation.

the knob is for allowing air to pass through to the front facing air vents without going over the heater. So oyu can have warm air on your feet but cooler air in your face
the radio can be removed by taking off the cover under the wooden effect "eyebrow" above the stereo so you can unscrew the eyebrow section. Behind that are some screws which hold the radio in place.
