Default electric window button panel

Hi,

im new to this site, i have just purchased a rover 75 w reg and on the driver side the buttons for the elec window need replacing as its really hard to open and close the window, can this be replaced with something more stirdy ???? please help

Hi it sounds like your switch pack has failed! Get a good replacement, they work fine normally, you won't need anything sturdier.

If it's working but intermittent, the switch contact will probably just need a clean. My mirrors were playing up and I followed the following...

I agree with Andysee..........give the circuit boards a clean......worked for me too.

its not the connections, the buttons themselves are really loose, i dont want t replace it and thats the same :-)

Mine electric window button unit, is working but the front windows are switched, left and right wrong way round back windows fine....
Is this a unit fault or a BCU fault?
