It doesnt have that information, here is mine, its a Excel spreadsheet zipped up as the forum doesnt allow .XLS to be uploaded.....

I *think* the cicode is the dealer network ID and the N09 maybe the ICE level, mine is N09A and the option code for the TV is G09A.
Spec code have no idea Sequence number have no idea |

if a MGCC asaks for that info in relation to their specific car, they might get the information asked for.
