Default Chrome windscreen trim coming away

The chrome trim at the top of the windscreen has come away slightly, on the driver's side and I can't get it to stick back down again. I suspect it is the source of an irritating buzzing and more wind noise in general. What do I need to do to fix the trim in place? (Rover 75 CDT Club Tourer, 2002).

I have a similar problem but I have probably caused it when getting in the car.
