Boot sill trim - slots?
The boot sill trim has three large moulded protrusions on its lower edge, each of which has a slot in it.
Does anything clip into these slots? They look like something should go into them but I can see how anything would attach there Ta all, Bolin. |

This is what I am referring to, surely some sort of clip goes there or was it just shaped to look useful but isn't?

I had a look at a couple of cars at the scrappy today and both had these slots but no clips, the bottom of the boot sill trim was just sat there, nothing holding it and with the useful looking bits just doing nothing!!
Bizarre, I'll put mine back together without anything holding the bottom edge unless somebody knows better |
