That nerve block injection, I'm still in two minds on whether to go for it or not. Its not until end of June, and the fact they say the injection will only bring short-term relief, I somewhat find it may all be a waste of time. I have a specialist to see at Southampton Hospital at the end of July, this is to talk about microsurgical cord denervation, this sounds a bit more promising, but somewhat scary if I do say so myself. However! On another positive note Phil, I've been using/taking several spices with meals which seems to be helping the problem. This was thanks to a fellow sufferer over on the Men's Health forum, he advised to use turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic mixed with herbs. It seems to have taken the edge off things, it helps clean the blood, a bit like a detox. I guest these spices have their medical properties which seems to reduce inflammation, it gives me a break from having to live on pain medication all the time. The only downside is... if you take too much of this mix, you end up with an awful headache. Its good to see you posting again Phil. Last edited by Dallas; 26th May 2019 at 22:39.. |

Morning Peeps.....Sun is shining out there......Today I'll be mainly indoors though
Lounge carpet to remove and then its painting the skirting boards, door frames and window sill. New carpets to go in and then time to put the place on the market. It will be a little sad after 17 years of living there but also exciting for the future P.s. Watch out Norfolk, I'll be back tomorrow

The support group is not run by doctors/nurses, it is run by the sufferers, mostly women of all ages. The latest suggestion to the Mother was to apply Lanacaine over the rash. I have kept out of it, as it is something I can’t advise on. Let’s hope the cream works and gives her daughter an escape and relief from the angry pain and itching, bless her little heart. Getting back to yourself and the pain. If the herbs work, then stick with that. Keep the injection and denervation as a last option? |

Good morning Jeff, are you taking it easy? A tech question for you? My iPhone 6s Plus 64GB is taking ages to power up. The memory is 20 GB full. I bought it last summer in an auction for £115 and not had anything major go wrong with it until now. Any suggestions?
