D.L.A. system, a total sham

I used to do contract work in my cab taking disability claiments from tribunals in glasgow back to thier homes.
They would all tell the same story that they were taken outside the offices and made to walk up and down the street in full view of passers by to prove how difficult it was for them to get about .
Some of them were quite distressed on the trip back home at the way they had been treated ,one woman in particular took a panic attack such was her state and i had to divert to the royal infirmary A and E.
This is no way to treat folk.
