Default Connecting MP3 players to Highline stereo/nav

Apologies everyone if this has been asked before but my wife has just dragged me (kicking and screaming) into the 21st century , and bought me an MP3 player for my birthday. Having now accepted this radical new technology I thought it would be extremely sensible to take it with me in the car, instead of carrying a car full of CD's. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a link lead to allow an MP3 player to be plugged into our 75. We have the highline stereo/nav/tv.
Thanks
Andy
