overspray

Had the car back from BMW SYTNER last week after 7 weeks . New bumper and tailgate damage they sprayed it wrong colour then said they would have to get colour analysed by ICI !!! Colour LEF X power grey.So that took another 3 weeks . Told would take 4 days at first .

Now checking car find it is covered with overspray very fine mist over glass headlights roof plastic the lot .IT must be paint spray it spent 6 weeks in work shop and as I spent the weekend before bump claying car looked a picture .Do not want to take it back to those clowns did not fit tailgate gap correct broke cover stuck it on with glue etc.AFRAID THEY WOULD DO MORE DAMAGE. RANT OVER.

Right what is the best way to get this off. Sending recorded letter to them tomorrow Help please ALAN
