Default Timing Belt Replacement Questions

I think I've read most of the excellent threads on this KV6 job however before I start perhaps someone could answer a few questions for me. Apologies if they have been asked before.

1. Are the rear inlet camshaft pulleys keyed to the inlet camshafts?
2. Is the crankshaft pulley keyed to the crankshaft?
3. One thread says "Removal of the crankshaft pulley bolt requires the car to be in a high gear with brakes applied (manual). Automatic is as simple as leaving the car in park". How does leaving an automatic in park lock the engine?
4. The same thread goes on to say "Torque for the 2.5L V6 bolt is 160Nm. There is a special tightening sequence, tighten to 100Nm using torque wrench, then tighten 60 degrees, then 30 and 30 again". Can someone help me understand what is meant by 'then 30 and 30 again'. Perhaps the poster rephrased the service manual instruction.
