Default 1.8 T with cruise control

Hi all,
I travelled from London where I live to Cornwall this week and for much of my journey at night I used cruise control. My car which is a 1.8T Tourer never came with cruise control or the wiring for it .A couple of years ago I had cruise control fitted by a company called Conrad Anderson who are based in Birmingham. I’m posting to says it’s possible to have this done and what a good job they did . It was expensive at around £1200 but has made my car more enjoyable to use because I am not so tired after long trips and on these type of journeys use less fuel. The longer I have had cruise control the more I have appreciated it and it may be of interest to others.
