Default Intermittent engine mangement light

I am having the engine management light come on intermittently on my CDT.
Had been happening yesterday below 1,500 revs.
Engine may be a bit down on power but hard to tell as I was lugging a caravan behind
.

This morning no light for first 5 minutes then it started again below 1,500 revs. Car is starting fine and seems to be running smoothly.

I hope this is not a red herring, I filled 3/4 tank with Tesco diesel and now the light seems to come on up to 2-2,500 revs.

Maf?
If it is the Maf is Bosch the recommended replacement?

I have limited access to the internet, at the moment am parked as side of the road in a lay by so I may not access this thread again today.

What are your thoughts on what is causing the light to come on intermittently?
