![]() As some may know the Power VIS motor has been changed from 100 to 102 in the part number. the old one was around £70 the new one is around £100
![]() Whilst the action is the same there are some changes. Sorry about clarity of photos just a little dark today. From the underneath there is a raised section in the shape of an E this appears sit on the arm to the butterflies and may stop the movement of the arm up and down on a worn arm. The new type VIS is on the right ![]() The inside of the top cover is to all intensive purposes the same ![]() Once inside the same old micro switches a toy motor. There are very slight differences to the base of the circuit board, the newer one having extra locating holes. ![]() The backward step in my view is the re routing of the printed circuits. On the original one there are no thinner circuits on the POWER VIS (unlike the BALANCE VIS). On the new one if you can see on the picture there are areas where the printed circuit is very narrow. ( just to the right of the relay on the picture on the right) This I have found is a weak spot on the BALANCE VIS. Also relay has been changed for the triple the price smaller one ![]() ![]() So that is what your extra cash gets you ![]() Hope this is of some use to some
