Default Air Con Condenser Replacement.

After having no air con, I had it checked over and was told that the condenser needed replacing and also that there was no gas in the system.
I have purchased a new condenser and also purchased a couple of the essential O rings from Jules.
My question is how difficult is it to replace and does it require any special tools? I am just trying to save some money so all I would have to fork out for would be the re-gassing.

Any advice and opinions would be appreciated.
