Default 190 Air filter

Hiya. I've been sorting a new air filter on my 190 and as far as I can see, there's just a long bit of trunking connected to the air cleaner box by a clip. The trunking just dangles down under the air box, in mid-air and is open at the end. I know it has to be open or no air would be able to get in there but is this the complete item, or am I missing some part here? I've got to replace the trunking at some stage as its falling apart at the end.

Also, where on this earth can I get hold of a good parts manual for this car? Been looking on the net but can't find anything other than a load of rubbish that runs inside the "rave" system. hasn't anyone produced one on paper yet? When I had my 620ti I had the printed Rover manuals. Did they do them for this car, or is it all on a computer?

Cheers. Steve
