A +1 for Captain Tolley, brilliant stuff, but I have not the slightest sign of ingress yet.
I wasn't sure whether the mess along the step joint was the result of Bailey's work, or some DIY'er concerned that it might start leaking, but it certainly looks a mess on top, both front and back.
