Default Orange dials - how is it illuminated?

Hi all,
Just wondering how the dials are illuminated orange? Is the just orange coloured bulbs?
I like the cream colour of the dials during the day and would like them to stay cream at night too and just wondered if would be a simple case of changing the bulbs to clear. Would also change the clock, but leave all the digital stuff (radio and Climate orange).
Would it look naff?
Sorry if its been asked before but, couldn't find it, honest guv
