Default Throttle still sticking

Hi all, I've had a long running issue with my 190, where every now and again my revs will stick at around 2.5k when I put the clutch in, until I tap the throttle and they drop back to normal.
I've replaced the iacv, checked and lubed the cable, and given everything a good clean, but it's still happening. It looks as though occasionally the spring isn't returning the butterfly all the way closed, and if I press the linkage down it shuts.
I'm guessing the butterfly return spring is getting worn, or there is more grime in the linkage area that I can't get to.
Any ideas on how to sort it, or is it just a case of replacing the tb?
Cheers
Dan
