They attatch with two metal clips that (should) have come with the mud flap.
The front ones also have two screws and the rear ones one screw. I cant for the life of me find the diagram posted on here hopefully someone else can find it?.. |

Don't fit them to the front Richard, they just harbour moisture, rub through the paint, and knack the front wings

It's a rear one Brian, and it already has them fitted to the front

This was very noticeable during this winter when copious quantities of dirty spray stuck to the side of my car which I can not avoid as I do a lot of motorway miles passing filthy lorry spray etc , so one of the next jobs on my list is to fit mudflaps all round and as Brian has suggested make sure that crud is regularly removed , while I am here I am still looking for a pair of rear OEM flaps for a facelift tourer, if anyone can help I would be obliged, please PM me if you can help |

Oh yes Brian. Been there done that and had to replace the wings. [IMG][/IMG] After a bit of cleaning and touching up the surrounding area was OK, and the new ones were properly sealed so that it won't happen again. [IMG][/IMG] The good news is that it's an easy enough job as they bolt on and if you shop around you can pick good used ones up pre-painted (in the correct colour with a bit of luck) for £20.00 a side.
