![]() While at Rustmaster yesterday finally managed to get a good look at the steering rack problem highlighted at MOT time - here's the pic

![]() Is the leak from the rubber boot or the small pipe?
If its the boot look for splits or a loose clip on the end. If its the pipe it looks like a standard compression type fitting, a quick nip up with a spanner. If it feels too tight already then undo and look if its an olive type fitting that needs replacing.

![]() mine looks like is been weeping from the pipe fitting, haven't touch it yet, as i haven't lost any fuild, but does look very similar, must have another look

Downside I now have is that it's covered in waxoyl! Will change the gaiter and nip up the pipe and see how I get on
