Default At last, a turbo on the thing

oh, kid in sweetshop.
All coming together now.
Waited a year to get the tubular manifold guy over and then he's done it inside a week. There's a reason why I waited so long for him, simply one of the very best welders in the uk. Many of the top privateers wait for him.

Measured up for the downpipe now which will go into two entirely seperate exhuast systems (one for race and one for road) as well as the external wastegate etc.
He's off on his holidays now so got to now count down 4 weeks but at least it means I can begin working out coolant pipework etc in the meantime.

I assume you mean best fabricator, as opposed to welder?

Not that I'm dissing the work.
It looks a very nice job and I can see why people wait for him.

I can appreciate the work that's gone into that.

I was 90% the way through doing a ZR Track Car but then got really down in the dumps with illness and sold up everything and never thought i'd be back to doing another mega tuned car, but here I am
