Halfway House Meet in Essex, Sunday 18th March

These meets are held monthly, I’ve been to about 5 of these now. They are really nice little meets with a nice selection of MGR vehicles always in attendance and really good banter to be had.

If it's sunny then quite a few hang around. As this is Mothers Day I expect some cars will leave early and some arrive later. I expect to be there from 11.30am onwards.

14 cars made the meet including 4 Rover BRM's. Will get some pictures posted in due course.
NEXT MEET 29th April from Noon.
2nd Anniversary meet & run to Southend 24th June. (To be confirmed)

Well we made it,if a little late, work probs for the Mrs...
saw some cars in the car park...2-3 of them, Parked our car,
almost next to a lovely blue one, and a lilac/blue MG and a BRM did'nt met anyone,...
Got a drink and saw some members going back to there cars,
so basicly missed it.... lol
better luck next time...

We wondered about your good looking tourer. Thought you had just parked there on the odd chance. We had been round to the Little Chef for lunch as the pub was only doing food for those that had booked for Mothers Day
The Mirage Blue ZT was my 'other 'car. "Blue Thunder". She is no.155 of 833 built V8's. The Purple ZR is in Caledonian supertallic. The Rover BRM is owned by the meet rep. And the Blue pug was with us as well. He normally drives a Mirage Blue ZR.
I'll get some pictures posted later today.
The next Halfway House meet is on Sunday 29th April at Noon

OK, that clears some things up...lol, we were told about the food , did you see the prices....oouucchh..£25.00 each, no thanks...and our car had a wash that morning,,,lol till it rained, have to see about the 29th...
