Anyone give me a bit of advice on this one from another thread.

Is this worth the money. Gorgeous looking car but the Cat D worries me in terms of resale value. I'd love a Solar Red one.
Nice enough thing, but it's a non-SE and it's been wrapped round a lamp post!

The most I'd want to put into it is £3,750!

Some see non-SE as a good thing.
Less weight, less to go wrong and no sunroof leaks

Even with the insurance marker it's still a good price for a well repaired car.
As long as people understand the history and do the proper checks they can have a nice example of a V8

Buyers want it cheap, sellers want the best price but it doesn't help the marque if people try to talk the prices down

Think I said it before but here we go..........you can try to buy cheap.....you still have to be able to afford to run it

I can't see it selling for less than 4350 (or at least I wouldn't if it was mine)

I would look at this.

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...1500?logcode=p

Yes higher mileage but the engine is fine, in fact better with those sort of miles. It is a dealer who must have a mark-up in there so room for negotiation and maybe a small warranty, also a nice colour

I don't know the car, but must have been in the fold at some point as it has 260 club mats
