Jacques Muller rear screen replacement

Hi mates,
A spanish MG-Rover member asked in our forum about this question yesterday because he was told this item is not longer available (the glass is broken). Really I don't know the difference between a standard rear screen (number part CQB000360, still available) and a Jacques Muller edition one, except the tv aerial, I think.

Any problem to fit a standard one? Any problems about gps and radio aerials, alarm, etc?
