![]() Browsing YouTube the other day , a short video came up showing the delivery of a burgundy V8 being rolled off a car transporter . I seemed to remember this was quite a few years back and the car may have been a development Rover 75 V8 however it was dressed as a ZT but had an automatic gearbox and a damaged engine if I remember.
Just curious if she was ever put back on the road ![]() Another look and it appears badged as a 75 ! Last edited by patrolman pete; 16th December 2019 at 20:03.. Reason: More info |

![]() Have you got a link Pete? The only one I can recall was a damson V8 tourer that was in the scrapyard following the closure.

![]() Hi Andy, if you search rescue rover 75 V8 it will come up. It's only 30 secs long and was posted by Dominic Middleton. I'm sure it was mentioned on here about 7 years ago.

![]() Hi yes all back on the road and in immaculate condition. It had a new front and rear stuff-up, new struts, exhausts etc and had all the paint work sorted.
I'm in Dubai at the minute but will get some photos on when back in the new year. |

![]() Must be a labour of love, certainly more than I would have taken on! Congratulations on saving this historic car.
