Alibaba Double Din

I hate my Navall. I just absolutely detest it. I see there are plenty of double dins for BMWs knocking around like this one:

It says good for a Rover 75 up to 2004 - mines is a 2005. Is there any particular reason for this and can I make it fit relatively easily??

For anyone who's interested I just bought this for around £26 with postage, just need a fascia to fit it - found an mg7 one for around £18 delivered on Aliexpress unless anyone knows of a similarly reasonable one in the UK?

Hoping it slips through without charges ... looks like the fascia is going to cost as much as the double din!!

Update on the above - would not recommend lads. I received a single din, made a complaint and was refunded so no loss - in fact I have a single din with usb slot for nowt, but no double din unfortunately just in case anyone tried to use the link thought it best to update. Good job I didn't also order a fascia!

If anybody needs a radio and wants this one for cost of postage let me know - nice little stereo with usb slot for your tunes - I already have one from a previous vehicle so don't need this one sitting in my loft when somebody else could use it ...
