Default Car pulling to left/right on bumps in road

Hi, car is pulling to left/right when on some bumps on the road. Is that called bump steer? The steering wheel jolts too. Also a bit clunky over the bumps too. What causes that? The car already has new springs/shocks all round.

I have google searched on this and toe changes is being stated as the cause. What can be done about that?

Think the first thing I'd be looking at would be the rear bushes on the front lower suspension arms. Mine have gone and it's wandering a bit just like yours. New ones are in the boot waiting to go on and from past experience I'm pretty sure it will cure the problem.
