Default Ratae run

This is nothing to do with the Rover 75 Owners club
This is where a driver with some one to navigate follow a route plan (
tulip guide)driving on a mix of back/unclassified along with normal roads going from A to B via roads you may not normally see. I have done a few now and you do see some interesting things . I understand they have had upwards of 100 cars before and is being run by the local MG club and have about 45 cars so far but expect more
Entry Fee £24.00
http://www.mgleicester.org/
The entry fee includes; refreshments with bacon or sausage cob, tulip guide, Rally Plaque, mid morning coffee and entry into the Ashby Magna Midsummer Vintage Rally. Trophy’s for the “Ratae Classic” by peoples choice and furthest travelled car will be awarded at the finishing venue. All makes of cars are welcome

Default cars on a run

please note you can't always follow the cars if front as they don't always know where they are going.. so you will need to follow the route on the plan . on our first run we where following a few cars and ended up in a dead end

I was looking at this thinking, that sounds like a great run out, should be a laugh.

Then I remembered my sense of direction.

I would not make it back alive.

in my case i did think we should of gone right but given it was our first one we followed the 4 cars in front..... into a dead end it was fun trying to turn round 5 cars in a small road...... so best read the map your self....
