Default The Clangers!!!

when stationary with the engine running every couple of minutes I get a sort of noise like The Clangers if you remember them its a sort of whoop whoop noise it seems to come through the speakers its a real strange one and its driving me mad. Any ideas knowledgeable ones?

This is usually the aircon overpressurising due to the fact that the slow speed fan has failed. Normally reported on here in the summer!
