Default Seat Belt adjusters

There seems to be an issue with mine. They are stuck and don't adjust. Any suggestions as to a fix.

Thanks

I will have another look. I could be being stupid. I presumed you pulled the bit on the door pillar down to adjust.

Passenger one moved. Drivers side no movement. Is there any way of getting at it easily?

It's just a cable which hooks on under the seat, have a look under the seat and see if it's hooked on if not hook it back on , have a look under the passenger side to see where it goes
