Been a bit busy this afternoon.
This afternoon I managed to fit a set of Neptune Blue Leather seats in place of my Sandstone Beige Axis Cloth seats.
About a two hour job, made longer due to the airbag wiring plugs being different. Other than that pretty straightforward. The electrical connections were there so now I have powered adjust for both seats. I bought the complete interior from Les at SMC and it was in very good condition, just a clean was required. I have not fitted the door cards, maybe another day. And I have also managed to fit a Real Burr Walnut dashboard, in place of my Light Oak plastic dash. What a difference the dash makes. No more rattles from the plastic dash. Thanks to Zeb for selling me the Walnut dash.,. Dave T |

Neptune Blue -- yaay! (Best trim colour there is! )
I too fitted a real wood dash and it looks fab. Photos tomorrow - if the rain lets up somewhat ... Well done!

They look really nice.
If I ever manage to get some leather electric seats I'll come round your house for some help fitting them, (as I wouldn't have a clue). |

Looks smashing Duotone.
If I ever decide to replace my velour seats Neptune blue might be the way to go - if yours are anything to go by. My car is Atlantic Blue so they'd match. |

That looks really good, Dave.
But I (personally) wouldn't do the dark door cards. I think it's a perfect combination by now.

Door Cards
The door cards are in very good condition, they even came with the tweeters fitted in the rear door cards.
The tweeters are bonded to the doorcards by melted plastic studs, so would be quite difficult to remove. I think I will use the car for a while and see if any further Neptune Blue bits and pieces want fitting. I have gearlever and handbrake gaitors also blue C pillar trim panels. Dave T |
