![]() For years now my car (75 Diesel Mk 1) the central locking has operated like this :- One press the drivers door unlocks, Second press the other doors unlock.
Now, one press there is a clunk and the drivers door does not unlock, second press all the doors unlock. Is it just a lazy door lock on the drivers door ? or something else ![]()

Sounds like a lazy actuator. I've got one rear door that opens on the second button press but all the others open on the first.

![]() If it actually clunks then it's trying to open.--The fact that it unlocks the second time means nothing is broken.--Could be little bit of wear causing the problem or maybe just lack of lubricant.--
