Old Testbook on Ebay, collection in Germany only
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...category=30921
The screen looks a bit odd but if anyone is after something to read fault codes and can collect then what about a few bids? This is the same as the one I got working a while ago for Lates |

I have some friends in Germany who may be able to collect, it's not too far.
What could you do with that Keith?

It will read all fault codes (and the early data disk will also invent a few like windows short circuit) and can test all actuators, fans, lights seats, windows you name it
It can also do coding but if you do so it messes up existing lazy lock and vent settings you end up defaulted to lazy vent but no lazy lock It can't test the FBH or at least the one I have here crashes As said It can't configure lazy lock and lazy vent although I have heard an option CD my allow this and I am trying to get that CD The monochrome screen looks like it has some burnt areas though Not a big issue as there are PS2 and VGA connectors on the back and then you get............... Colour cooooooo I have PM'd Jergens it would be nice to get it eyeballed to verify it works and if collection could be arranged even with a handover in Luxemburg then it might be worth bidding on it seems to include loads of leads DTC4065A Red is the one needed for our cars the rest of the leads are probaly for Landies etc so no use to us. I wouldn't pay a lot for one though as it is dog slow in use (486SX with 20MB of Ram) well worth say £300 -£400 though I missed out on a proper T4 on Ebay Germany a while ago which went for £863 complete with hand held tester If I bought a T4 it would have to earn its keep though no more doing stuff for people for free until it paid for itself |

Totally agree with that, it's only fair and I think most people would not mind paying £25 for a diagnostic test.
