Default Long day yesterday

Had to visit clients yesterday in Devon and Oxford (no it's not a catalogue of old Austin-Morris model names...) which resulted in a 300 mile round trip. Just posting to say the 75 ran beautifully, and I had no aches and pains when I got home. I had reset the message centre when I filled up in the morning round the corner from home, and the mpg was shown as 64.7 when I got back home.

I have a Ron box, so 20% off that shows around 50 mpg, but as the journey was, apart from some M3/M27, mainly A roads, I'm happy even if 50 is still a tad optimistic! I've not yet refilled, so a brim-to-brim isn't possible on the day, unfortunately today is 5 (cold) miles max.

Not bad for a couple of old 'uns (that's me and the car)

Mods, just realised this is posted in the wrong forum, sorry.
