o/s/f window scratched

Hi can some one tell me how I can remove scratches from my window. How do you remove outside trim, so I can clean dirt.Also is my car turbo or not. It is a 2002 classic 2.0 bmw diesel. many thanks.

The drivers window is a problem with scratches, it's probably a design fault. It's toughened glass so these scratches will be just about impossible to remove.

Run a cloth with a blunt blade along the rubber strip when you clean the the car, and don't wind the window down fully.

The M47R engine fitted to these cars is a Turbo in all versions of the unit.
