Question Battery connectors

Can anyone recommend a replacement connector for both terminals? Might as well do both
Cheers in advance

Have they been over tightened per chance.

Hand tight the 13mm bolts need to be.
Every car I've owned I make sure the terminals can be removed without a spanner
For example in an accident they need to be removed quickly.

Also a lot of my sorned cars are frequently disconnected for battery preservation/charging purposes

The negative one missing the shim? That as you tighten it draws the clamp together and it was bodged back together with a nut and bolt.

Hope that makes sense?

These work well and are cheap and easy to fit.

I think you can get the Original Quick Release Kits from Rimmer's for about a fiver.

Is it preferable to disconnect the battery on a sorned car left in a garage over winter or can I connect a trickle charge battery to it and leave it connected up in the car?

Perfectly sensible to trickle charge while batt still connected.
We have a few connected up but the rest on sorn are no where near a power source!!
Got a couple of others on solar charge too
