I want to attach a picture but when it downloads a meesage comes up saying the file is to big.What do I need to do to attach it for display on the site ??????

Re-size the image to 800 pixels on its longest side and you should be OK.

I use a free program called Faststone Image Viewer. It does other things besides re-sizing but they do do one for just re-sizing. Have a look here
