Help with stiff clutch pedal

Hi there,
I need some guidelines to know what to get to get my clutch pedal as the early days.... now i have to eat a pig to press the damn thing, but no other problem whatever, but it's the original one with 340k km, think it's about time to change it.
What brands and what should i buy to get things fine? slave, master, anything more?
It's a ZT cdti.

Luk or Borg & Beck, fit a new slave guide tube as well.

Changing the fluids will sort something out?
I've never changed it, think is the original one, almost 18 years old...

Had same issue a year ago , pedal got stiffer and stiffer until 1 day it just got stuck to the floor , it would not always come back up by itself

Changed the slave cylinder , pedal is as smooth as is ever since

I used borg & beck clutch kit , it was around 130 euros , good brand
