thank you for the welcome
Hi
Thank you for welcoming me to the forum, I'm not an owner of a 75, yet, but I do have an interest in the Rover brand have previously owned a P4 60 and a P4 100 both of which was back in the seventies, since then I've owned a Rover P5B saloon (the 15mpg was a bit of a pain) although a lovely car to have, I have also over the years owned eight Land Rovers of various guises, from series 2, 2a,3, inc V8 hybrid, 90,Range rover Classic, discovery 2 and now a Freelander2, now in my mid seventies and only covering around 4000 mile per year my thoughts are difting to a classsic car, P4! maybe a little slow for todays driving, P5B to dam thirsty and already out of my pocket, So I'm now leaning towards the Rover 75, always loved the the lines harking back to the 50s and good potential to become a classic and yet still be a good daily drive. |
