![]() The rear O/S coil spring has snapped , would it be worth renewing both sides or is it ok just to do the one side ?

![]() replace the strut top bearing rings while you are in there, low cost and will make for a quieter ride and less strain on the new springs

![]() Be careful if going to factors for these, most will happily sell you "rover 75/mgzt" springs. Well how do you know which ones the are?
Take some time to ensure you get the right ones. My daughters zt had new factor springs, what I hadn't realized was that some zt's have "comfort" suspension - ie weaker springs and softer shocks. The new springs were notably stiffer. 75 should be a safer bet, but beware. Huw |
